Service Rules
- Top Glass Replacement: available only for listed OCA-supported models with fixed online price.
- Back Glass Replacement: fixed price is shown for supported iPhone models. Missing models are estimated by similar generation and repair difficulty.
- Battery, screen and charging jobs: customer adds the correct installation fee product and the matching part product to the same cart.
- Part options are loaded from the selected model collection and checked against current Skyline stock.
- Submitted requests will appear in Shopify Orders with model, issue type, IMEI/serial number and customer note.
